DOODLES OF THE VALLEY, LARSEN, WI

Updated APRIL 12, 2021

I'd like you to read over the litters below.  You'll notice that puppies for 2021 are spoken for.  Peoples lives change and cancellations happen.  Sometimes I have extra puppies in a litter.  Watch for that.  If you like your seeing, I will have more litters like this in 2022.  If you'd like to put in a deposit for 2022 it is never to early.  You tell me what your looking for and when.  I'll contact you as I've decided on pairs and we'll go from there.

email is best way to get the ball rolling:  [email protected]

All my parents are fully health tested against any genetic diseases common to their breed. Hips, elbows and patellas are all approved. Eyes are examined and approved for breeding with a certified canine ophthalmologist. All puppies are hypo allergenic and as non-shedding as a dog can be.

PLEASE TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION WHEN PUTTING IN RESERVATION FOR PUPPIES. For your sake, my sake, and especially for puppies sake, I HAVE TO BE FIRM ON THIS.

Puppies are picked up for your forever homes when they are about 7 1/2 weeks old. (That is the Friday after they turn 7 weeks). The State requires puppy pick up should be at 7 weeks. This date is very important. Make time for this new family member. Those with reservations will get this date as soon as breeding has occurred.

As soon as I give you this date, mark your calendar. Plan vacations accordingly. If this date does not work and you can't work something out with a trainer or a friend or family member, I can only keep your puppy for just a few extra days. It's not fair to the puppy to be left here alone with no other siblings or their new family. They need to begin training and to be loved by you. If your pick up date is a problem you will have to move to the next litter available and that may be a long wait.

Here's my new chocolate boy, NESTLE!

He will make the "very best chocolate".  NESTLE HAS PROVEN TO BE EVERYTHING I DREAMED OF IN A NEW STUD FOR DOODLES OF THE VALLEY.  PUPPIES ARE UNBEATABLE.

Puppies coming soon with Maisy, Cedar and Honey.

I'm Maisy.  I was born at Doodles of the Valley.  Kali and Finn are my mom and dad, this makes me a Double Doodle.   I'm about 38# and I'm honeymooning with NESTLE. (Shown above).  We've had beautiful puppies before so we decided not to fix what's not broken.  {Puppies will be 50% apricot, 25% chocolate and 25% stunning black.    Our puppies are all reserved at this time but I bet I'll have some extra.  Check back about the second week of June to see if I have extra.  These puppies will be ready for pickup on August 11-13.  If on this list, mark your calendar.

I'm Honey.  I'm a gorgeous deep chocolate  Australian Labradoodle with a beautiful wavy coat.  I weigh about 37#.  I'm going to have beautiful babies with Nestle.  He's bigger than me - about 55# so my puppies will be somewhere in between.  Temperament of the two of us can't be beat!  My puppies love children and other dogs.  Puppies will be 75% chocolate just like us and 25% apricot because we both carry the apricot gene.    Reservations are all taken for my litter but I might have extra puppies.  Check back about the 4th of June to see if I have availability on my litter.  These puppies will be ready for your home July 30.  If on the list, mark your calendar.

I'm Mocha .  Just like Honey, I'm a gorgeous deep chocolate  Australian Labradoodle with a beautiful wavy coat.  I am actually Nestle's niece so no honeymoon there but I'll have beautiful double doodles with Finn.  (Cathy loves her DD's.)  Finn and I are identical in size and weight.  Both weighing 35-40# and we both have beautiful wavy coats.  As for colors, pups will be 50% apricot, 25% chocolate and 25% black.  That's if the genes fall perfect.  NOTE MOCHA CAME INTO HEAT EARLY!!!  SHE HAS HONEYMOONED AND HER PUPPIES WILL BE READY FOR YOUR HOME AUGUST 11-13.  THOSE ON HER LIST, MARK YOUR CALENDARS.   Reservations are all taken for my litter but I might have extra puppies. Check back about the 13TH of June to see if I have availability on my litter.

CEDAR AND NESTLE (possible change on stud) will be bred in June for Cedar's last litter.  She's a beautiful Australian Labradoodle from Doodle of the Valley's very own Gretchen and Auggie Doggie (both retired).  These puppies will go to homes late October.  Puppies are all spoken for but maybe extras?????

CEDAR

I'm Finn.  I'm a sweet goldendoodle, weighing about 38#.  I've been DOTV's main man for awhile now.  Nestle is joining me now but I'm certainly one of the favorites.  I have a great wavy coat - not at all "poodly".   Finn lives with 3 adorable boys who just adore him.  We are so lucky to have him in our program.  He'll be with a few of the DOTV girls in '21, producing apricot and chocolate (a few black) puppies just like him.  The important thing is their temperament will be like his.  Read about the girls at DOTV to see who I will honeymoon with next.

I'm Maddie.  I'm the biggest of all the girls at DOTV, weighing about 55#.  I'm an english goldendoodle with that sweet laid back temperament we all have.  Finn and I will be having our third litter at the end of next month.  They are just amazing goldendoodles.  They are maturing around 40#. Perfect family size.  My litter is taken but they are due April 27 and if you call Cathy then (920)379-9969, you might be able to get one of the extras.

Hint:  I have lots of puppies.

A little about size of my puppies.

You want a "mini"doodle. I don't always know what that means. All my breeding dogs are 32-55#.

Most of my puppies mature 35-50#. If your looking for a tiny lap dog type doodle, I don't breed them. I also don't breed the super large doodles (80-100#). I do what I believe to be a super nice sturdy family dog - not to big and not to small. I'd refer to them as "large mini's" or "small standards". Lola's puppies are the largest of all my breedings.

All the puppies below will have beautiful wavy non-shedding coats. No poodly coats in these litters. They will be all solid colors. Some will have small amount of white markings on chest, feet and/or face. I do not have any "parti" puppies available in 2021.

REGARDING THE FOLLOWING FOUR LITTERS. PUPPIES ARE ALL VERY SIMILAR. ALL SIMILAR IN SIZE AND COAT. I'LL GET SOLID CHOCOLATE, APRICOT, AND BLACK PUPPIES. IF YOU'D LIKE A PUPPY IN 2021 FROM DOODLES OF THE VALLEY, PLEASE SEND ME A EMAIL. I'M KEEPING A WAIT LIST OF PEOPLE TO CONTACT IF I HAVE EXTRA PUPPIES IN A LITTER. I ALSO WILL POST ANY EXTRA PUPPIES ON HERE.

JUST A FYI: IF YOUR WILLING TO TAKE EITHER SEX OR COLOR, YOU'LL GET A PUPPY QUICKER.

Honey/Nestle

Honey is also a Kali daughter and Finn is her dad. She's a chocolate girl that looks like a mini Nestle. Honey and Nestle have honeymooned. Their litter will be 75% chocolate puppies/25% cream pupppies. I’d call these small standards or large minis, similar to Maddie/Finn puppies. Puppies ready for forever homes July 30.

Masey and NESTLE have honeymooned.  Their litter will be 25% chocolate/50% cream/25% black pupppies. I’d call these small standards or large minis, similar to Maddie/Finn puppies. Puppies ready for forever homes August 11 - 13.

Cedar and Nestle will have their last litter of puppies in July of ‘21. These puppies will also be small standards. The litter will be 25% cream/75% chocolate. They will be ready for your homes in October.

Mocha/Finn

We know how much I love Nestle. Mocha is Nestle's niece and she's just as sweet. She's a chocolate girl that looks like a smaller version of Nestle. Mocha should be bred the middle of June. Their litter will be 50% chocolate puppies/25% cream puppies/25% black. I’d call these small standards or large minis. Puppies ready for forever homes August 11 - 13.  NOTE THIS DATE CHANGE.  MOTHER NATURE WAS READY SOONER!

Regarding Reservations: How many do I take? How I take reservations?

I take 6-7 reservations, depending on the girl and how many pups I expect. I usually have a few extra puppies when litter is born. If you are strongly interested in a puppy from any particular litter and you've missed the reservation list, watch website closely on the date the pups are expected to be born. Extra puppies will be posted. Call quickly, as they do not last long.

When taking reservations, I only take two "I only want a girl" or "I only want a boy". The rest will be a "I'll be happy with either sex".
